Four apps that never meet

One Today screen

How ArcBody works

A day in four short moments.

The four things you do most, each a tap or two from the Today screen.

  1. 01

    Log the day in seconds

Search a food, scan a barcode, read a nutrition label or pick a restaurant dish. Today updates at once with what's left to eat.

  2. 02

Train from a plan that remembers

Pick a ready-made plan or build your own. The workout player shows last time's numbers for every set and runs the rest timer between them.

  3. 03

Take what you decided to take

Your own supplement list across six times of day, with a reminder you can mark as taken from the notification. ArcBody never recommends a dose.

  4. 04

Watch the trend, not the morning

Daily weigh-ins become a smoothed trend line, so one heavy morning stays one faint dot. Measurements and progress photos sit beside it.

Drawn screens for now. Real screenshots replace them once the current design work on the app is finished.

Privacy

Your data stays on your phone.

There is no ArcBody account. Your diary, workouts, weight and photos are stored on the phone.

  • No ads

None in the free app, and none planned. Nothing you log is used to sell you anything.

  • Never sold

What you log is never sold or shared with advertisers. It belongs to you.

  • No tracking code

The app contains no analytics or advertising code at all.

  • Photos stay put

Progress photos live in the app's private storage and are never uploaded.

Switching

Bring your history with you.

Import your food and workout history at launch, and leave with all of it whenever you want.

  • From MyFitnessPal, Hevy or Strong

Import the export file each of these apps can make, so past meals and lifts arrive with you.

  • From Health Connect

Past weigh-ins from your scale app come in through Health Connect, and your steps can show on Today.

  • Nothing to sign up for

With no account, switching is installing the app and importing a file.

  • Out again, any time

A full backup file, or your food diary as a CSV that opens in any spreadsheet.

MyFitnessPal, Hevy and Strong are trademarks of their owners. ArcBody is not affiliated with them.

The Arc

Six systems around one person.

Each product owns one part of life. Together they form an arc around you, and none of them tries to be everything.

01 · Body · ArcBody

One system for your whole body.

ArcBody replaces the calorie app, the workout log, the supplement reminder and the weight chart with one Today screen that updates as you log.

Nutrition
Search, a barcode, a nutrition label, a restaurant menu or a saved meal. Calories and macros update the moment you log.
Training
Ready-made plans or your own, and a workout player that shows last time's numbers for every set.
Supplements
Your own list across six times of day, with a reminder for each. Never dosage advice.
Progress
A weight trend smoothed over the daily noise, with measurements and progress photos beside it.

02 · Execution · ArcFocus

Close the gap between intent and action.

ArcFocus lives between what you said mattered and how the hours actually went. Focused sessions, a short list for today, and honest feedback.

Focus
Deep-work sessions, distraction and context-switch tracking, a focus score and your most productive hours.
Tasks and momentum
Must, should and could for the day, linked to focus blocks, plus a nudge when a meaningful project has gone quiet.
Time Mirror and the 168
Set priorities, then compare them with where the week's 168 hours really went.
Launch and shutdown
A short morning setup and an evening close that carries over what is unfinished, so the day ends mentally closed.

03 · Capability · ArcLearn

Learn it, and remember it.

ArcLearn will be for any skill, not only school. It shows what you know, what you don't, and what comes next, then makes sure it doesn't quietly disappear.

Learning goals and skill trees
Large skills broken into a progression map, so the next step is always visible.
ExplainIt
Explain a concept in your own words. ArcLearn points out the gaps, then you try again.
Memory
Spaced repetition built in, scheduling recall for the concepts that need reinforcement rather than everything equally.
Practice and the queue
Deliberate practice on weak areas, and one queue for everything you meant to read or watch, prioritized by your current goal.

Future ArcComplete product

04 · Direction · ArcLife

Know where you're going.

ArcFocus handles execution. ArcLife holds direction: habits, goals, and the reviews that show what precedes a strong week.

Habits and goals
Routines you want to keep and goals with milestones, metrics and target dates, analyzed for what actually helps you keep them.
Reviews
Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reviews that complete the loop instead of leaving plans unread.
Life map and experiments
An overview of the areas of a life, and small experiments you run on yourself with a hypothesis, a protocol and a result.
Journal and patterns
Structured and open journaling, with recurring themes and behavioral patterns surfaced over months.

Future ArcComplete product

05 · Social · ArcSocial

Get better at the hard conversations.

ArcSocial will pair realistic practice with real-world steps. Rehearse an interview or a hard conversation against an adaptive counterpart, then try it for real.

Roleplay
The other side of the conversation responds naturally and adapts, from a job interview to setting a boundary.
Performance review
Clarity, confidence, structure, listening, filler words, pacing, unnecessary concessions. Then retry.
Speaking
Speech improvement as a feature: pacing, clarity, tone and conciseness measured over time.
Confidence lab
Progressive real-world challenges from low-risk interactions toward the situations you avoid.

Future ArcComplete product

06 · Financial · ArcMoney

Build better financial habits.

ArcMoney connects what you spend to what you said you wanted. It is sixth on purpose: financial data deserves the most mature security here.

Dashboard and goals
Income, expenses, savings, debt and net worth in one view, tied to goals like an emergency fund or a debt-free date.
Spending analysis
Spending explained in terms of your goals: what this month's restaurants did to the laptop fund.
Purchase pause
Add a purchase, say why you want it, wait through a cooling period, then decide. See what you chose not to buy.
Financial learning
Contextual basics on saving, budgeting, debt and compound interest. Never personalized regulated advice.

Questions

Straight answers.

What exists today, and what is only planned.

What is ArcBody?

One Android app for food, training, supplements and weight, built around a Today screen that updates as you log. It is the first app from ArcComplete.

Link to this answer
When does it launch?

There is no date yet. The app is built, and what's left is the store listing, the privacy policy, the Google Play account and testing on real phones. The status page shows where it is, and the waitlist hears first.

Link to this answer
Is ArcBody free?

Yes, at launch. Everything in the first release is free, with no ads. A paid plan comes later for extra features, and the free app stays useful on its own.

Link to this answer
Do I need an account?

No. ArcBody keeps everything on your phone. There is nothing to sign up for and no password to forget.

Link to this answer
Does it work offline?

Yes. The built-in foods and restaurant menus, your diary, workouts, supplements and progress all work with no signal. Looking up a barcode the phone has never seen needs a connection.

Link to this answer
Can I bring my data from another app?

Yes. At launch ArcBody imports the export files from MyFitnessPal, Hevy and Strong, and reads past weigh-ins from Health Connect. You can export everything again at any time.

Link to this answer
Which phones and countries?

Android 8.0 or newer, in English. The food data is strongest for the US and Canada, where the restaurant menus come from. iPhone is not part of the first release and will be decided by demand after launch.

Link to this answer
Is it medical advice?

No. ArcBody is a tracking tool. Calorie targets are estimates, it never recommends a supplement dose, and it suggests a doctor or dietitian when your weight changes unusually fast.

Link to this answer
Who makes ArcBody?

ArcComplete, a small independent software company. ArcBody is its first app. Five more, for other parts of life, are planned and come one at a time.

Link to this answer
Do the ArcComplete apps share my data?

No. Each app works on its own. A layer that connects them is planned for when several exist, and it will only switch on with your explicit permission.

Arc

A period of change, a direction, a trajectory.

Complete

Not perfection: a broader view of the systems that shape a life.

The name is a commitment: to treat improvement as a trajectory across every part of a life, and to never claim the job is finished.

Begin

Your arc is never finished.

ArcBody comes first. The app is built and being prepared for Google Play.
